Safety
At Magic Mountain, we put safety first -- even ahead of fun. Here are a few
simple rules to follow when visiting any water park. Please take a moment to
look them over. Then click on the links to learn about basic Water, Group, and
Heat Safety, too. This information will help make your Magic Mountain
experience safer and more enjoyable.
1. Do not run: surfaces may be slippery.
2. Never dive into the water.
3. Follow directions from park staff and lifeguards.
4. Wait for the lifeguard’s signal before entering the slide, and always
slide feet first (except on ProRacer).
5. Once you enter a slide, never intentionally stop before reaching the end.
6. Don’t go swimming alone. Have a buddy and stay together.
7. In any pool, never go deeper than what feels comfortable.
8. Whenever your children are in the water, stay within arm's reach of them.
Never leave a child alone in or near the water, even on the pool deck.
9. If you don't know the specific rules, ask a lifeguard or park staff member.
10. Face mask goggles are not permitted in the water.
