Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with season pass certificates.  Please retain these until you receive your photo pass. 
All passholders will be contacted in early May to schedule an appointment for photos.

Season's Passes are limited.  First come, first served.  Magic Mountain Ltd. reserves the right to restrict in whole or in part admission to the park and/or its activities.  Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Play and ride at your own risk.

A season's pass is subject to the conditions outlined in the Season's Pass Conditions.  No refunds allowed.

Magic Mountain Season Pass Information:

The season pass will entitle the bearer to unlimited personal admission to the Magic Mountain Waterpark for the 2010 season subject to the season pass conditions.  It does not include food, games, lockers, double raft rentals, or miniature golf. 
 
Magic Mountain Season Pass Conditions:

1. Your season pass is:
-  Non-refundable and non-transferable
-  Valid on June 19,20 and from June 25 to September 6, 2010
-  Valid only during regular park operating hours and is not valid for special events
-  For use by the person named and photographed on the pass only
-  Not valid with any other offer or discount

2. Magic Mountain is not responsible for lost or stolen passes ($10 replacement fee)

3. You must have your season pass with you when you enter the park – No exceptions.  It must be shown at the Boutique giftshop where a bracelet for the day will be issued.  Only one bracelet will be issued per person per day.

4.  Magic Mountain reserves the right to revoke the pass without refund for:

  1. Violation of park rules and/or safety procedures
  2. Assisting another person in any way to obtain unauthorized entry to Magic Mountain
  3. Attempted use of the pass by someone other than the photographed person

     These or other violations may result in criminal prosecution.

5.  Magic Mountain reserves the right to not open certain or all attractions on a daily basis or to close early due to inclement weather without compensating season pass holders.

6. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by a responsible individual age 12 or over in order to be granted a pass for the day.

7. All passholders enter the park and ride at their own risk.

Purchase of a season pass confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
